I've gone through 3 interviews and they have all been informative. The recruiter in the second round swayed me to be business dev and the last round was with a manager of this role. He was very chill and talked a lot about the social aspects of the company, as well as the level of difficulty / certain requirements for the role. I came away feeling very confident about wanting to work at Arrive.
