I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aritzia (Scarborough, ON) in Jul 2015
Interview
Interviewed at the back of the store in the waiting area in front of shoppers. Took about 4minutes and was really easy. Make sure you show your own style. This interview is one where you do not have to dress office/business style. I was only 16yrs old and I didn't get the job because I was "too young" for the ecstatic so just watch out for that.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aritzia (Washington, DC) in Sep 2025
Interview
The team reached out to me stating that they wanted to interview me for both their Georgetown, DC and Tysons, VA role. I scheduled an interview for the Georgetown location and the day off the interview they reached out saying they wouldn't be at work and asked me to reschedule which I of course respected, reached out to them a couple times since, never heard back. Kinda weird considering my application still says in review on workday..
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aritzia in May 2023
Interview
Apply from Indeed and get a reply by email. The e-mail contains a URL. Enter the website and decide the interview date based on the candidate dates. On the day of the interview, when I went to the designated shop, I was made to wait on the sofa. Wait with other candidates. When the staff calls your name, the interview begins in a corner of the shop.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aritzia (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was contacted six days after submitting my application online by email to schedule a 10-minute meet-and-greet time (the date was preselected to the next, next day) with the talent acquisition/hiring manager for a part of Toronto. The email itself wasn't clear as to whether it was a formal interview, an informal chat or a resume drop off as it hinted at all three.
I wore a sweater by Wilfred and pants by Wilfred Free which the hiring manager noticed and commented on. We had what was more like a conversation than an interview in the Aritzia lounge area. She was super friendly, engaged, and gave me her full attention. We ended up speaking for about 15 minutes because I had a question for her at the end. She said I'd be contacted within the week if I was selected. (The thing is, I wasn't sure if at that point there would be a second interview or if I was in.. I would have asked but there was a girl waiting for her meet-greet session that was after mine)
I'm still waiting for the week to be up. I'll see if I can update this once it's over.
Update: no offer :(
