I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arcesium
Interview
5 rounds taken over a month. Slow process with no feedback. Wadte of time IMO. They don't hire for a particular requirement. They just hire to keep people in a pool.

Interview
Recently, I underwent a leadership hiring process, and the ensuing experience proved quite surprising. Spanning over 5-6 weeks, the process seemed overly relaxed. Engineers appeared focused on outsmarting potential candidates, while the management lacked clarity regarding the desired team composition and skill set. Random questions abounded, with some senior engineers seemingly disengaged.
Adding to the peculiarity, the HR team abruptly communicated a rejection, devoid of any explanation. This episode not only exposes the company culture as unwelcoming but also hints at a deviation from its core objectives.
This prompts me to advocate for all candidates within the same cohort and, as their representative, inquire about the fundamental reasoning behind such actions from the management.
Could it be a lack of societal responsibility leading to an autocratic approach?
