Had 2 interviews one virtual with multiple people and one face-to-face in the office. Had a very negative experience thought all the people were sweet but damn their feedback process is slow or broken. It has been 2 months since my last interview and after numerous emails haven't heard anything. This has happened to me 2nd time. Very bad at communication. Feel like they should have the common courtesy to notify the candidate if it has been this long or just reply to emails.

Internal recruitment team reached out to me and gave me the normal introduction, you look a great fit and all that. Was not looking but they made the role seem amazing as recruiters do. I had an interview with a recruiter and that seemed to go well. Was then made to have an interview with internal staff who weren’t prepped and just made up ridiculous questions on the spot. Again amazing feedback want to take you forward. However hiring manager was ill so I would have to wait for next stage. No problem. I then had to made to wait months, to an email from the recruiter who said I am not being taken forward. Absolutely disgusting attitude and they way the process was. Gave me ridiculous reasons and basically waste of time and extremely unprofessional from the internal Team and internal recruitment.
