I had a recruiter phone screen. The recruiter was nice, and the conversation went well I think, but got a rejection email couple days after. They look for candidates who are very passionate about the company and are willing to put in extra work to succeed (50+ hours/week).

hr call late september, an OA with 3 questions, then technical screen early October. OA has three programming questions, not exactly leetcode like, more like just solving certain problems. In technical screen, a modified leetcode hard got asked. I was really close in solving it (off by one error in the end) Got rejected
