Interview
filled out the application and took a personality test. general manager was friendly. I was hired on the spot and started the following week. great training program. An applebee's trainer was with me for a week answering questions and teaching me the position.
On the spot interview, manager checked if I knew how to cook and made sure if I knew kitchen safety. They had other cooks train me as well who also made sure I can cook
Good process, smooth as well. Very organized and the managers were great. Did not last to long about 30 minutes. Provided snacks. Said process should be a week long included from interview to signing
