There is good experience and I got more skills for me. I got an offer, but it was a seasonal job. I would like to work longer, but they didn't have a shifts.

You have to pass an application in any branch then initial interview,then you have to take an exam and interview. Then they will assign you in different branch within the region.
Inefficient and illogical process to hiring; a process that could have been manageable but was marred by poor communication with the communication method requested not actually being utilized, leading to not even knowing if I was being considered.
