The recruitment process was a positive experience overall, starting with the initial aptitude test. Following the aptitude test, I then proceeded to the MR (Managerial Round), which provided a more in-depth assessment of my skills and qualifications. Finally, I successfully navigated through the HR (Human Resources) round, where the focus was on cultural fit and finalizing the hiring decision.
