The interview process was smooth and focused mostly on technical knowledge and basics from production and mechanical engineering. They asked about steel manufacturing flow (pellet to rolling), quality checks, and maintenance practices. The panel was friendly and gave hints whenever I was stuck. Overall, it was a good learning experience.
