There were about two solo interviews and if you passed those then they will invite you to the closest brewery for a group interview. The group interview is relaxed. You will tour the plant for the first part and then get into the interview with about 3-5 other people.

Interview
I think I had a phone interview, zoom interview, and then an all day in person interview. The actual interview portion of the in person day was short, and I was interviewed on a panel with 7 other candidates. You only get to answer a few questions before your time slot is up, so be prepared and intentional with any answer you give.
