I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me initially. After recruiter call, there was a phone screen with the team supervisor. After that it was an on-site interview at their headquarters. 5 Round interview with lunch included. They asked about my background and my technical skills. Every single one of the interviews were technical. Overall it was a great interview process and I really clicked with all the team members. One of the best interviews I had.
Very relaxed interview. Two different phone interviews, one with a hiring manager and the other with the team manager. This led to an on site team interview with the test team manager, a chemist, and a hardware integration engineer. Overall, very nice people.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Costa Mesa, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
1st: Phone screen with HR (asking about your background and some engineering question). 2nd Zoom meeting with hiring manager (fundamental electrical engineering questions and why you want to work for Anduril). 3rd On-site interview with the teams (engineering questions) .
Received some semi-technical questions during initial phone screen (strain gage, Ohm's law, bending beams) that were slightly surprising, especially if you haven't worked with any of the concepts since school.
