Interview
2 phases, online interviews with preset videos made by upper management/corporate. Got a call from the facility to set up in person interview. Managers walked me through the warehouse. Toured facility, then sat me down and asked me relevant job questions. A few days later they called with a semi-competitive job offer.

Interview
I had to apply for the position even as an internal, 1 on 1 interview with HR, Operations Manager and General Manager. Then had to wait 2 1/2 weeks before I heard anything. I had to ask for the status. Easy interview just asked situation type questions because I know the WMS.
