Mass Interview, trying to fill seats. Step one is showing up to the meeting where they finally reveal the benefits position is a sales job, step two is an actual interview where they determine if you're willing to do a sales job.

Overwhelming initially. They will not greet you and some random person will ask who are you there to see. They may be ready for you or not. They are used to people not showing up so they assume that with everyone.

Interview process is easy, fast paced. You are led on to believe that it is paid training but it is not. DO NOT expect to make any money for the first three weeks after accepting the job. It is 1099

I went through multiple different interviews, a group and one-on-one interview and then once in the company I met with the higher ups individually over zoom. It was confusing because in the group interview, they mentioned a base salary but once in the position, it was everyone fending for themselves for solely commission.
