Interview
I found job posting online. Uploaded resume, had to take a brief skills test, answered a few more questions. I recieved a confirmation email that my information had been recieved. (This was all done late at night.) Early next morning I recieved a call to schedule an interview, which was set for the next day.
When I arrived at the interview, I spoke with the hiring lead. She was very nice, asked basic background questions and about previous work history. We hit it off pretty well, then she brought in her manager. He came in, explained a little more about what the job entailed and then he did a role play senario. That went well. And he offered me the job.

There was a long interview process, jumping between four to five different people. and then a long background check process. Overall, the process ran pretty smoothly but was very long

Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

I am located in Hong Kong. If you work in a Cha Chaan Teng, do you think politeness is important?
Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
