I interviewed at American Express (Ciudad de Mexico) in Sep 2021

Interview

Interview Questions
  • ¿Por qué aquí? ¿Cómo manejas el estrés? ¿Tienes disponibilidad de tiempo? ¿Quiém eres? ¿Dónde aprendiste inglés?

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at American Express (Glasgow, Scotland) in May 2021

Interview

I applied for a future needs position, the talent acquisition reached out about 5 months later, we had a video screening call that was very much like a conversation as we got along right away. We discussed my motivations for the role and the company, my skills for the area, my understanding for the role and knowledge about the company their values and clients and the importance of CS. The second interview could have taken place 2 days later but my schedule did not allow it, so the process was relatively quick. It was a video interview with the manager/team leader and the lead of the team; it was mainly competency based questions and a welcome email to compose in 5 minutes or so. Very pleasant atmosphere throughout, friendly and welcoming, I also liked how they put a lot of importance into taking in someone that would get along with the rest of the team.
