Recruiter interview followed by the hiring manager interview and finally the 5 interview day process called the loop (where you're interviewed by some managers, some teammates and a bar-raiser who is usually from a department unrelated to your role)

Behavioural questions are key. Always make sure to answer in a precise way and to use the STAR methodology.
Had a Phone screening with a manager first, no online assessment. Moved on to the 4 Loop interviews.
Each Loop interview was on 1-2 LPs. Need to prepare at least 8 solid stories for different LPs.
