A 30 min call with the manager. Asking general questions such as self-introduction and company basic information. Talked about cultural differences and how to overcome them. Talked about AWS products and targeted clients.

The entire process consists of 3 rounds of interviews over approximately 3 weeks:
1. First Round: Interview with the manager focusing on your background, skills, and alignment with the role.
2. Final Round: Conducted in one day with the manager and HR manager, assessing technical/business acumen, cultural fit, and alignment with AWS’s leadership principles.

I applied on the Amazon career website. I immediately got sent the OA. Completed OA, Had 1 Interview Round, Offer sent a couple hours after the interview. Mostly STAR Questions, very chill.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. After applying for the role, I waited 3 weeks and then was given an OA. After the first OA, I was then given another one a few days later. Following both OA's, I got a an interview with a senior level manager. Overall, the interview process was very smooth and enjoyable.
