I had Practical Interview first and a Behavioural one followed. Both of the interviews were about an hour each. The interviews were well structured and fair. Although the process was quite long.

One interview per team that wants to hire you, in both cases with the person I would report to. Very down to earth, very practical, very leadership principles focused. Got an offer later on the same day of the last interview.
