Interview
Le processus est en plusieurs étapes.
1/ sélection du recruteur
2/ phone screen pour vérifier que le candidat a les compétences requises de base.
3/ 3 entretiens d'1h où l'on vérifie que le candidat répond aux leadership principles d'Amazon.
L'entretien est très cadré et les candidats sont invités à utiliser le modele STAR.

Parlez-moi d'une situation lors de laquelle vous avez pris un risque, fait une erreur ou avez échoué?
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.
I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.

There are four to five interviews for sales. The first is with recruiter it is a phone interview, the video/ in person with the hiring manager, panel of individuals a peer , a leader within the segment, and another leader out of the segment with an Essay
