I wouldn't even call it an interview. You basically fill out a job application and they just set you up to start working within the next week or so with your badge photo and a saliva drug test. So I guess if you want an easy way into a job, Amazon has you covered.

N/A. They don't as beyond your basic info like name DOB and whatnot.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

Interview
None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.
Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
