I had applied on Amazon website After 2 days, HR sent me an email for telephone invitaion. They ask your available date in 2 weeks. Recruiter from HR called me. The interview took approximately 35-40 minutes.
Process was very smooth. Recruiter provided all the details regarding the interview process and what can be expected highlighting leadership principles and STAR methodology. The loop round had 4 interviewers and was 45 min long each. Questions were basis leadership principle

Tell me a time when you did not agree with your manager. What was the situation? Why did you not agree and what did you end up doing.
1 intro call with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, interviews with 4 people from the business (including hiring manager again) and 1 with a bar raiser which is someone from different Amazon business. All STAR method, except interview with recruiter.
