Interview
After getting shortlisted, I was called for the further rounds at ADC - Bangalore.
Round 1: OB screening test.
Round 2: Descriptive Test.
Round 3: F2F interview, mostly to check your communication and confidence.
Round4: F2F interview, totally to check your technical knowledge.
Round 5: F2F with the HR, a few questions like why Amazon? etc...
That's all. Just be yourself and you can grab this job easily.

You'll be given scenarios of the problems you might face and you have to answer them on the basis of the values of Amazon.

Second round with a number of AWS TCSA team members and managers from the Customer Support team. Big focus on the Leadership Principles and how you have utilized them in your past roles.

They all focused on the Amazon Leadership Principles. They were quite similar but slightly differently worded and it was highly encouraged to use real life examples of your application of the Leadership Principles.
