Apply online, finish application make sure to take the assessment well because thats the only thing that'll land you the job. If you vet an email for orientation then you have the job as long as you pass the drug test, background, hs diploma/ equivalent.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
