Interview
Met with them at a career fair. Signed up for an interview for later that week. They asked a couple of behavioral questions. If you're successful they will set you up immediately for a 2nd interview with a group panel. That interview lasted about 45 minutes. They really grill you here. Mostly behavioral questions.

Panel Phone Interview where the interview format was behavioral. Questions were framed as "think about a time when..." and the general framework for response would be SCAR (Situation, Challenge, Action, Result)/STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result)/SOAR (Situation, Obstacle/Objective, Action, Result).
Their interview process has a few rounds. The first is more of a get to know you and then it goes deeper into the job role. They ask questions about you past experience and also applicable questions for the upcoming job.

Unique hiring process for interns where you are able to talk about key skills and experiences, as well a doing a role play to see your potential. May seem a bit scary at first but like every employer they are looking for tbe most qualified students
