Altra Federal Credit Union interview questions

Two total rounds of interviews to complete the process. The first round is a 30 minute phone interview. The second round is a 60 minute in person interview. The in person interview is conducted in panel format. (4 interviewers)

Phone interview followed by in-person interview. The phone interview is fairly basic, what are your goals, resume rundown, etc. For the in-person you briefly review your resume and answer some STAR questions about work experience.
