Applied online then went onsite, then went for the initial interview. It was pretty simple but waited for hours. Got called the next day after I applied online. Tho I didn't pass the initial interview but they told me to go back in 30 days

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
