I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allegiant Air (West Lafayette, IN) in Sep 2015
Interview
I got an email asking to interview the following a campus career fair. The interview was the next day. The interviewers were very unorganized and didn't really seem to know what they wanted. They were all relatively young and inexperienced. The interview itself was behavioral and they wrote out the STAR method for each answer and how it met each aspect.

Question 1
How many glasses of orange juice were consumed yesterday in the US?
They first asked for a phone screen interview. After passing that, you do a Teams interview with some team members. Unfortunately, I do not know the rest of the process.
Standard interview process with an initial phone screening and two virtual interviews. The final interview will be a panel-style, two-hour long interview. Interview questions were relatively straightforward, with occasional questions assessing technical/analytical skills.
The interview process was quite difficult for what the role was. Questions were quite technical as well. Interview process consisted of 5+ interviews. It was quite disjointed as well. Not the greatest experience
