Through the interview process, I met with the HR Manager, a member of the HR Service Center Team, the Director of Compensation & Benefits, a Total Rewards Analyst, and the VP of HR. During the interview process, everyone was kind, friendly, and professional, with a passion for the important mission of Align. I was also impressed by their timely reply to emails and inquiries. While I ultimately felt the role didn't align with my career aspirations, I'd recommend anyone look at Align for their professional next chapter.
