First a call from an align recruiter. 5 Phone screens, one call with all managers, and a video of a demo. Long process. Recruiter did their best to accommodate everyone involved schedules. Literally had one of the managers try to talk me out of the position, telling me she was "concerned" for her current employees mental health. Every question I answered, was followed by a negative response form her. I may have failed that particular interview, as I was appalled at how inappropriate she was. Not sure why, but she was literally trying to talk me out of moving forward. All of the interviews went really well, except for that one. Never received an offer.
