Introduced by a recruiter and firstly I communicated with her whether I meet skills and experiences that they want.
After a week later, I invited to the phone screening interview with a HR person in Singapore.
Recruiter reached out, interviewed with their internal recruiter for about 30 minutes and was asked about my past experiences and where I see myself in 5 years. Overall interview was pleasant.
