I applied online. I interviewed at Air Space Intelligence (Boston, MA)
Interview
Pretty standard process: recruiter screening, meeting with the VP of engineering (cool dude), 2 technical interviews, and an onsite. 1 technical interview was more leetcode style (not hard) mostly string manipulation, and the other was a React problem. The onsite was more React (and CSS) + talking through how I would design a data problem.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Space Intelligence (Boston, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Talk with the CTO, and then a frontend exercise interview with team using Typescript with no AI, I answered the question correctly given the time given, even though I did make some expected syntax errors through the interview

Interview
Talked with the CTO, then did an initial coding round, no AI and Typescript, half the interview was fighting with silly IDE errors, I obviously code circles around this team but didn't get pushed to the next round, as they probably notice I wouldn't be sticking around and probably could be more successful starting my own thing. Answered all the questions correctly and didn't use much google.
