Aimmune Therapeutics interview questions

There was only one interview that was conducted over video with two interviewers. They asked general behavioral questions and why this specific company. Conversational tone, and the interview lasted about thirty minutes.

I would not work for this company based on the interview process. I had 3 scheduled interviews with 3 different people. 2 of them joined the calls and immediately said they had hard stops, and both were 10 minutes late to the calls. so the interviews were 20 minutes. the 3rd person - the hiring manager - completely blew off the first call. rescheduled the 2nd, and then cancelled it. i never heard back from them. Either they are completely rude and disrespectful to people, or the company is completely chaotic. either way - red flags. not to mention a non-viable product.
