I was providing them with software developer candidates to interview and attended the technical interviews with them. the technical questions were basically screening questions an HR does through a phone call, mostly were yes and no questions. And after hiring several profiles, they did not pay the full payment agreed on and there were a lot of issues with the decision making and management.

The interviewer is unprepared or disorganized talk too much or interrupt the candidate frequently, making it difficult for the candidate to fully express themselves or showcase their skills and experience.
