I applied through Linkedin. And i got a call from HR the next day. I was invited to take an online test to solve some questions regarding customer service. After that, I got a phone interview. It was just normal questions. Like introduce yourself or expectation salary etc.
After online accessments, there is an online interview with human resource (mine was voice only, no video). It lasted about 45 minutes in English. Normal interview questions about experience, expectations, etc

1. English Test (Writing test with some case)
They provide you a link to take a exam, pretty easy.
ex) Write an email to customer, etc.

Why do you want to join AGODA.
It took about 1.5 week from application to the first round of Skype interview. The interview was about an hour long, held in English and Japanese (I applied for a position in Japan). There was only one interview, who was proficient in both languages. Before the interview, I took online test to see my language skills.
