The only word that comes to mind when I think of the Affirm Recruiting team is "spot-on". They are a rare mix of humble and hardworking, high performing but down to earth, which is everything you'd want in a recruiting team. I was introduced to them through a referral with the team and they quickly moved me through the process, checking in after each step. I had a great phone screen with Morgan where her passion for her role and for Affirm's mission shone through. Then I went onsite to meet the team. Suki, Jason, Ashley, Patrick and Morgan blew me away. I walked away from every conversation feeling more and more excited about the opportunity. Everyone was able to clearly speak to his or her journey, why he or she joined Affirm, what each person was hoping to accomplish individually and what the team hoped to accomplish collectively in the following year. With a high bar of excellence, and full momentum moving forward, there is no doubt about it, this team is destined for excellence.

There was a recruiter phone screen, a homework assignment, a call with the hiring manager, and an onsite interview. There was a longer time between them reviewing my homework assignment and the call with the hiring manager. I found out later in the process that multiple members of the team were able to review my work and that they took a collaborative approach to the interview process.
