Affiliated Santé Group interview questions

I was asked several questions, and the hiring manager read from a pre-approved sheet of questions. There were at least 10 questions and the interview spanned approximately 50 minutes. The questions were relevant but I feel like some of them could have been omitted because the answers overlapped. Most of them were situational.

Asked for related experience and how comfortable you feel handling a crisis/working solo on certain shifts. Brought into the OPS office to observe. Prior experience with mental health care is important to share.
