Interview
I submitted my resume. They did a phone interview for about half an hour and asked general questions that would apply to this job. They then brought me in for a 1:1 interview in which the manager asked me a lot of questions: what do you do for fun? why aerotek? why do you want to recruit? what would your colleagues say about you? what are your long term goals? why would you be good at this job?. I was then called in for a half day orientation in which I thought I got the job! I rotated around to different people ans saw there day to day activities. That took about 3 hours. After the manager who I never met before pulled me in and starting askming me questions like what are my strengths and weaknesses, typical questions. Then he said okay Im gonna sit with the team and if they liked you were gonna proceed to the next step. A week later I called him, he didnt pick up. I left a message. Two weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying I did not get the job!

What were your long term goals and What are you doing as a person now to better your self?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
