This process was extremely disorganized and I ultimately withdrew my application after accepting an offer elsewhere. Prior to withdrawing, I had three conversations, where on two separate occasions my interviewers did not show up. All parties had difficulty articulating what the role and expectations would look like, and there was no clear interview plan. I had high hopes given the success of some of their incubated companies, but was ultimately unimpressed by the process and scared it would be a reflection of the organization internally.

Question 1
What are you looking for in a workplace? Do you have experience with vendor procurement?
First-round has behaviorals and cases, then a modeling test and another case, another two rounds after the test and case, and the entire process is about less than one month.
Several rounds including multiple case interviews, behavioral/fit questions, and a take home assignment. All of the partners/team members I interacted with were great. The process really gave a good feel for the firm and the role.
