Terrible. Small room, 2 interviewers. Zero Covid checks, interviewer had a cold and coughed (without face mask).. neither interviewer wore masks. Told me I was free to keep my on, or remove.. I kept it on. I cld have been asymptomatic, coughed and spread Covid, and this make its way into vulnerable Clients Homes. They didn't know who I was, as my details had not been passed to them. Inevitably, they weren't prepped for the interview. They hit me with one specific interview question.. plucked from obscurity, out with style of interview. Thus coupled with fact.. women answered two phone calls, left the room on one or two occasions, and two interruptions from people walking in to the room. Adigo care are lucky I didn't report them to the Care Inspectorate. And then, after driving all the way there and back, i never heard back from them. On top of being told I wld hear end of day on the outcome! We all make mistakes, and you weren't prepared, but apologise, find a solution, move on. Don't waste my time, energy, and petrol money treating me like this!!
