Three steps interview. First phone interview with Recruitment Manager, then phone interview with the Hiring Manager and last in person interview with two managers. It was a long process since I was out of the country when I had started. In general they were very friendly and helped to show my best.

Very smooth efficient process. The recruiters asked detailed questions and explained quite a bit about the company, and what to expect. They also followed back up fairly quickly and the process went exactly how they said it would.
