I called in and spoke to the hiring manager, she asked 3 specific questions to see if I was a good candidate and immediately set up my interview for the following day. I arrived 15 minutes early, filled out all the paperwork and was greeted by the hiring manager within 10 minutes of all documents being completed. The interview was very interactive. All aspects of the job were discussed in regards to responsibilities, salary and scheduling. I was properly informed of the hiring process which consists of drivers license check, background check, drug test and reference check. Within 4 days after my interview, I was contact by the hiring manager with a start date and job offer.
