Interview
I initially met the Ace team at our career fair on our campus back in August. Both representatives were extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. After talking with them for a few minutes they asked if I would be willing to do an interview the following morning. After that interview I was told I would hear back with the next steps in the process shortly. About a week later I was invited to their Oak Brook campus and had two interviews with 2 members of their replenishment team. Great overall experience.

A bit long and included people not associated to roll. Could use better communication when indicating needs of position. Overall an easy process, but needs better clarification/ information. Final interview was not associated to the roll.

Interview
After initial phone screen, I was give na packet describing the company and role. I then had a video conference call with four team members who were planners or managers that lasted one hour.

What are three of your weaknesses?
Describe what you would be doing as a replenishment planner?
Brief phone screen with someone from HR. Lasted about a half hour. Interview went smoothly and answered mostly behavioral questions. Had time left to answer any questions I had about them.
