Bon processus au global. Très sélectif. Faut bien se préparer aux différentes questions et être ouvert au dialogue et au débat sur différents sujets relatifs au monde du conseil. La personne était accueillante et m'a mis en confiance

    Un peu rigide. Les grilles de salaires ne correspondaient plus à la loi du marché. Accenture vend son image et oublie que les Big 4 se lancent dans l'IT et plus particulièrement dans les projets de transformation de la fonction finance.

    One recruiter screening, one phone skills screening, one dinner with the hiring manager, 1 onsite with 2 rounds of 45 mins with the hiring manager and another manager. The whole process was well organized and expectations were set for the most part. The only issue was the timing took a while to get through the whole thing. About 3 months total.
