If you are recruited by accenture and immediately a project is assigned to you, in which the team contains people from different religions and some people may be experienced. Then how can you manage in completing the project ?
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.

An online assessment followed by a communication test. And a final interview round. All the rounds had basic questions. Easy to crack if you are strong with basics in programming and CS fundamentals.
