The first contact was by phone, to confirm my application together with a few questions about my experience and why I wanted to work for Accenture, quite fast-paced, the lady didn't seem to care about my answers. The second part was an interview with a UX manager, 1-hour video call, the manager was really nice and asked about my experience, asked me to walk him through some of my works on my portfolio and said that the next step would be a design challenge. I got a call from RH to talk about the challenge, quite simple, 3-hour project, on the RH words, so the managers could see my tough process and decision making on a UX project. The interview for the design challenge wasn't what I expect at all, with a different manager, that didn't seem interested at all in the project or the decisions that I made, but only If I could sell the idea and how I could sell it to some CEO.
