It was a total waste of time and effort. They keep rescheduling interviews and come back to you asking you for attending it the next day. The interview acted like a ‘know it all’ and doesn’t even care about your resume and experience. I answered every question acc to my experience level still he had his hopes set too high. Please don’t shortlist people and waste their time. Why would they join your company if they already have every skill, experience and knowledge and you’re offering no growth to them.
