Interview
1st step: HR contact through phone. Asks about general questions such as your experiences, how much you know about the company, your understanding of the position
2nd step: Interview with a manager. Involves behavioural questions, more detail discussion about past experience. Also open to any questions that the interviewee has
3rd step: Closing interview with a partner. Asks about preference in what industry, what type of role, and any other questions. Casual chat.

2. Have you ever encountered a situation where you and your superior have different opinion? How do you resolve the conflict?
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
