I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
There were three parts. The first was the online application and a logical reasoning test. The second was a digital interview where you record yourself asking predetermined questions. The third was the in person interview in London. I found the process to be challenging, which I thought was good, because it meant that the company has high standards. Overall, I found it to be quite enjoyable especially the final part where I got to visit the London offices and meet people who work for the company.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
The video interview is competency based. The AC is a 3-3.5 hour half-day at the office in Fenchurch Street, there were 10 of us who attended altogether. The first half an hour is led by one of the HR team with some icebreaker activities. Following that, a 30 minute group task (2 groups of 5) with 20 mins Q&A, one question for each candidate with the opportunity for others to add anything after. The task was a discussion regarding developing an online educational programme for teens. The second part of the AC is the individual interview which lasts around 40-45 mins. Half of the candidates go for the interview (again competency based) whilst the other half go on a tour of the offices, then once both groups are done they swap. So those who went on tour have their interview and those who had their interview go on the office tour. Everyone reconvenes in the boardroom and dismissed at the same time. Results/feedback take up to 10 days by phone/email.
