Interview
They had us meet outside of the store in a small group of about 5-6 people. We went around in a circle introducing ourselves and then they asked us about 5 questions each. We all ended up repeating each other's answers and I don't think anyone actually got the job.
Super simple and casual interview. Not too complex and very normal conversation. Heard back within a day and got hired, filled out tax papers and everything, and never got another call about orientation. It's been 6 months.

Pre-recorded interview but you only get 30 seconds to prepare each question. Fairly easy, but only get one chance to film it. Not a face to face interview though. Good luck!
