- 1 online test Just to check the suitability to the job. - 1 phone interview The phone interview was fine and the person was lovely. I was then informed that I would progress to the next stage. - 2 face to face interviews The interviewers were more than half an hour late, I had to wait in the waiting area with other candidates that were interviewing for the same position. Once I was called in, the interviewers did not engage in the process whatsoever and just looked bored from the start. I guess they had interviewed a lot of people back to back but it just shows poor hiring practices.
